Each candle is custom-made to your specifications. This means your order isn’t mass-produced but carefully crafted to meet your preferences. Creating these unique candles takes up to 1 day, as artisans focus on quality and precision to ensure every detail is perfect.
If you place your order before 18:00, your candle will be crafted the same day and left to harden slowly overnight to ensure top quality. It will be shipped the next morning before 12:00.
2. Shipping
Once your candle is ready, shipping to destinations outside the Netherlands can take extra time due to:
- Shipping Times by Location:
Shipping within the Netherlands takes 1-2 days. (usually 1 day)
Deliveries to Belgium and Germany takes 2-3 days.
Shipping to other European countries may take up to 5 days, depending on the location.
For destinations outside Europe, delivery may take up to 7 days, depending on your country.
Please be aware that delivery times may be longer during public holidays.
