How long will it take to receive my order?
The total delivery time includesĀ 1 day for processingĀ plus the shipping time, depending on your location:
- Netherlands:Ā 2-3 days (1 day processing + 1-2 days shipping)
- Belgium & Germany:Ā 3-4 days (1 day processing + 2-3 days shipping)
- Rest of Europe:Ā Up to 6 days (1 day processing + up to 5 days shipping)
- Outside Europe:Ā Up to 8 days (1 day processing + up to 7 days shipping)
Processing Time (1 Day)
Each candle isĀ custom-made to order, ensuring high quality. If you order before 18:00, your candle will be crafted the same day, hardened overnight, and shipped the next morning before 12:00.
Shipping Factors

- Multiple carriers:Ā Packages often switch between carriers, affecting delivery speed.

We process returns as quickly as possible, beginning with shipment from your postal office to a consolidation hub and then to our atelier.
Refunds can be issued in two ways:
- Digital gift cardĀ ā The fastest option, typically processedĀ within 2-3 business daysĀ after approval.
- Original payment methodĀ ā Usually takesĀ 7-10 business daysĀ to reflect in your account.

AtĀ Aromatique Atelier, we want you to love your candles. However, due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns under specific conditions.
You may return a candle if it isĀ unused, unlit, and in its original condition, or if itĀ arrives damaged or broken. If your order arrives with any defects or damage, please contact us immediately with photos so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
For eligible returns, please reach out to our customer service team withinĀ 14 daysĀ of receiving your order. We will provide you with return instructions and process your request as quickly as possible.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for candles that have been lit or used.
