Refund and Return Policy

At Aromatique Atelier, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and that’s why we offer a clear and straightforward refund and return policy. Please read through our policy carefully to understand your rights and the process for returns.

Right to Return

You have the right to return your product(s) within 14 days of receipt. This 14-day return period begins on the day you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions apply:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way are not eligible for a refund.
  • Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us:

    • Send an email to info@aromatiqueatelier.com or use the return request form on our website.
    • Include your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
    2. Approval Process:
    • Once we review your request, we will send you confirmation and detailed return instructions.
    • Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

    3. Return the Product:

    • Carefully package the item to ensure it is protected during transit.
    • Ship the product to the following address:

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid any issues with lost packages.

     

    Refund Process

    We process returns as quickly as possible, beginning with shipment from your postal office to a consolidation hub and then to our atelier. 

    Refunds can be issued in two ways:

    • Digital gift card – The fastest option, typically processed within 2-3 business days after approval.
    • Original payment method – Usually takes 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.

    You will receive email notifications once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.

    If the returned item does not meet our return conditions (e.g., used, damaged, or incomplete), we may reject the refund request or issue a partial refund at our discretion.

    Exclusions

    The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

    • Personalized or custom-made products, unless they are defective or damaged.
    • Sale or clearance items, which are final sale.

    Damaged or Defective Products

    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We may request photographs of the damage to assist with the return process. In such cases, Aromatique Atelier will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or refund.

    Important Notes

    • Returns must be initiated within the 14-day return window; requests outside this timeframe will not be accepted.
    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
    • Aromatique Atelier is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
