How long does the candle burn?
The candle has a burn time of approximately 20 to 25 hours, depending on usage and care.

It’s made from our exclusive blend of soy and coconut wax, developed and tested in-house for a clean, even burn.
What size is the candle?
The Classic Candle contains approx. 120g of wax, making it perfect for small to medium spaces or travel.
Is the candle hand-poured?
Yes, each candle is hand-poured in small batches to ensure artisanal quality and attention to detail.
Is the candle vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. Our wax blend and fragrance oils are 100% vegan and not tested on animals.
Are the ingredients natural or safe?
Yes, all ingredients are eco-conscious, non-toxic, and deer-proof — safe for use in natural environments and around sensitive noses.

I carefully package each item, but if something arrives damaged, please email a photo of the issue within 48 hours of delivery and I’ll make it right.

WHAT ARE THE DETAILS OF YOUR RETURN POLICY?
At Aromatique Atelier, we want you to love your candles. However, due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns under specific conditions.
You may return a candle if it is unused, unlit, and in its original condition, or if it arrives damaged or broken. If your order arrives with any defects or damage, please contact us immediately with photos so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
For eligible returns, please reach out to our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with return instructions and process your request as quickly as possible.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for candles that have been lit or used.

We process returns as quickly as possible, beginning with shipment from your postal office to a consolidation hub and then to our atelier.
Refunds can be issued in two ways:
