1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that certain products (such as made-to-order candles) may require additional preparation time. If this applies, it will be clearly stated on the product page.

3. Maximum Delivery Period (EU Consumer Law)
In accordance with EU consumer legislation, delivery will take place within a maximum of 30 days, unless a different delivery period has been explicitly agreed upon.
If we are unable to deliver within this timeframe, the customer has the right to cancel the order and receive a refund.
4. Risk of Loss or Damage
The risk of loss or damage to the goods remains with Aromatique Atelier until the order has been delivered to the customer or a third party designated by the customer.

Where available, shipments include tracking information. Tracking details will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched.
6. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
