These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the website of Aromatique Atelier. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Applicability

These Terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded through our webshop.

3. Products

All products are handcrafted. Minor variations in color, finish, or appearance may occur and do not constitute defects.

Certain products (such as made-to-order or personalized candles) are custom-made and may be excluded from the right of withdrawal as described below.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Discounts and promotional offers cannot be applied retroactively.

5. Pre-Order Items

Products marked as “Pre-Order” will be shipped once available in stock.

Estimated dispatch time: up to 21 working days, unless stated otherwise.

Pre-order products fall under the same legal consumer rights as regular products, including the right of withdrawal (unless custom-made).

6. Delivery

Delivery times and shipping costs are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

In accordance with EU law, delivery will take place within a maximum of 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the goods have been delivered.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the product without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify us by email.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Products made to the customer's specifications

8. Sale Items

Sale or discounted products are subject to the same statutory consumer rights as regular products, including the 14-day withdrawal right unless excluded by law (e.g., custom-made items).

9. Warranty & Conformity

We guarantee that our products comply with the agreement and meet reasonable standards of quality.

If a product is defective or does not conform to the agreement, please contact us. Consumers are entitled to a legal guarantee under EU law.

10. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before shipment unless the product is custom-made or already processed.

11. Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase amount of the relevant product, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law.

Disputes may be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
