Aromatique Atelier is not associated with, connected to, endorsed by, or authorized by any designer or brand referenced on this website.

Our products are independently developed, artisan-crafted creations. They are not replicas, exact copies, counterfeit products, or licensed versions of any designer fragrance. We do not claim that our products are identical to or the same as any original brand-name product.

Any similarity in scent characteristics is intended solely to provide customers with a general indication of fragrance direction. Scent perception is subjective and may vary from person to person.

Custom-Made & Handcrafted Candles

Many of our candles are handcrafted and made to order. Certain products may be custom-made or produced according to the customer's specifications.

In accordance with EU consumer legislation (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Where applicable, this exclusion will be clearly stated on the relevant product page and in our Return Policy.

All trademarks and brand names remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.

By purchasing from Aromatique Atelier, customers acknowledge and agree that:

  • References to designer brands are for descriptive comparison only

  • No official relationship exists between Aromatique Atelier and any referenced brand

  • The products sold are independent artisan creations

  • Certain products may be custom-made and therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal where legally permitted
