How long does the Luxury Reed Diffuser last?
Our premium reed diffuser offers long-lasting fragrance, typically between 6-8 weeks for the 100ml and 12-16 weeks for 200ml, depending on room temperature, airflow, and how often the reeds are flipped.
How do I get the best scent performance from my diffuser?
Place the diffuser in a central location, insert all reeds, and flip the sticks every 2–3 days to maintain optimal fragrance diffusion. Avoid placing it near open windows, as strong drafts may reduce longevity.
Is the reed diffuser safe to use around pets and children?
Yes, our diffuser is safe for home use when placed out of reach of pets and children. The fragrance oils should not be ingested, and direct skin contact should be avoided.
Can I control the strength of the fragrance?
Absolutely. The scent intensity can be adjusted by using fewer reeds for a softer aroma or all reeds for stronger diffusion. Flipping the reeds will also increase the strength.
Are natural ingredients used?
Yes, our premium formula is crafted using high-quality, clean fragrance oils, free from unnecessary additives. Each blend is designed for safe and effective home fragrance diffusion.
Can the diffuser be used in larger rooms?
Yes. For larger spaces, we recommend using the 200ml diffuser or placing two diffusers in opposite areas of the room to ensure balanced and continuous fragrance.

WHAT ARE THE DETAILS OF YOUR RETURN POLICY?
At Aromatique Atelier, we want you to love your candles. However, due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns under specific conditions.
You may return a candle if it is unused, unlit, and in its original condition, or if it arrives damaged or broken. If your order arrives with any defects or damage, please contact us immediately with photos so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
For eligible returns, please reach out to our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with return instructions and process your request as quickly as possible.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for candles that have been lit or used.

We process returns as quickly as possible, beginning with shipment from your postal office to a consolidation hub and then to our atelier.
Refunds can be issued in two ways:
