BLACK FRIDAY & CHRISTMAS DELIVERY

Please note that the Black Friday period and the weeks leading up to Christmas are extremely busy times for us. We will do our utmost to ship your order promptly; however, some delays may occur during this period. Rest assured, we will keep you regularly updated on the status of your order. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Some items from our Black Friday sale are pre-order products. These items are clearly marked as pre-order in their product descriptions. The pre-order status may be due to slight delays in transit caused by ongoing logistical challenges.

We aim to ship all pre-order items within 21 days, although in many cases, shipping will be sooner. The delivery service you select and pay for will apply once your pre-order item is in stock.

• For example, if you select next-day delivery, your order will be dispatched with a next-day service once it arrives in stock.
• Similarly, if you choose a 48-hour service, your order will be dispatched within 48 hours of stock arriving in our warehouse and will take an additional 48 hours to reach you.

We will keep you regularly updated on the progress of your pre-order.

PRICE CHANGES DURING SALES

Black Friday & Cyber Week prices may fluctuate, as discounts vary day-to-day. For example, one day might offer 20% off, while another might offer 25% off. The price at which you purchase your items is final, and no refunds or adjustments will be made if the price changes after your purchase.

All order changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

DELIVERY METHODS

This delivery policy outlines the methods, timeframes, and charges applicable to any orders placed through our website. This policy forms part of the legally binding sales contract between you and us under our terms and conditions of sale.

Please note: All our products are handcrafted, and refunds are not offered for pre-ordered items. Pre-ordered items may, however, be exchanged or swapped.

• Pre-Order Items: Allow up to 21 working days for delivery. In many cases, pre-order items will be delivered sooner.
• Non-Pre-Order Items: Will be shipped within 1-2 working days.

SALE ITEMS

Products purchased during sale periods or at discounted prices are final and cannot be refunded. Returned sale items are eligible for store credit only. By purchasing sale items, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

DELIVERY PERIODS

Our operations run Monday to Friday year-round, excluding national holidays. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
