Terms & Conditions – Creator Collaborations
Aromatique Atelier
These terms and conditions apply to all collaborations between Aromatique Atelier and creators/influencers participating in the affiliate and collaboration program.
1. Collaboration & Participation
By participating in a collaboration with Aromatique Atelier, you agree to these terms and conditions. The collaboration is non-exclusive unless agreed otherwise in writing.
2. Duration of the Collaboration
The collaboration is entered into for an initial period of 3 months, starting from the moment your personal affiliate link and discount code become active.
After this period, the collaboration may be extended if both parties are positive about continuing. Extensions are always discussed in mutual agreement.
3. Products
At the start of and during the collaboration, products may be sent free of charge.
Aromatique Atelier determines which products are sent each month.
We reserve the right to send additional or newly launched products when they are added to our assortment.
All products are provided for promotional purposes and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
4. Affiliate Program & Tracking
Each creator receives a personal discount code and a personal affiliate link.
Aromatique Atelier uses an integrated affiliate plugin/app (UpPromote).
With your personal login details, you gain access to a dashboard where you can view in real time:
- the number of sales made via your link or code
- the commission you have earned
All sales and commissions are measured fully automatically.
Aromatique Atelier cannot adjust, modify, or manually influence commissions.
The system is secure, reliable, and fully transparent.
5. Commission
- Standard commission: 15% per order
- Orders above €50 earn 20% commission
Commissions are calculated excluding:
- shipping costs
- shipping-related taxes
- VAT and other applicable taxes
The more sales generated via your link or code, the higher your total earnings.
6. Returns & Cancellations
Commission is only awarded for completed and paid orders.
If an order is fully or partially canceled or returned, the commission will be fully or partially revoked for the returned amount.
These adjustments are processed automatically through the affiliate system. Aromatique Atelier has no manual control over this process.
7. Payouts
Payouts are handled via the affiliate dashboard.
Within the dashboard, you can choose to receive payouts via bank transfer or PayPal.
Commissions are paid out solely based on correctly tracked and approved transactions, according to your account settings.
8. Bonus Policy
In addition to the standard commission, Aromatique Atelier offers a cash bonus policy as an extra reward for strong performance.
The bonus is based on the number of final, non-returned orders generated through your personal link and/or discount code during the 3-month collaboration period.
Bonus structure:
- 25 orders → €25 cash bonus
- 50 orders → €75 cash bonus
- 100 orders → €200 cash bonus
If more than 100 orders are achieved, the bonus can always be discussed further in mutual agreement.
Order numbers are measured in the affiliate dashboard.
The cash bonus itself is paid out separately, outside of the dashboard, by Aromatique Atelier after the collaboration period ends.
The bonus is an additional reward and is not a guaranteed or fixed component of the collaboration.
9. Fraud & Misuse
Aromatique Atelier uses a fraud detection system.
Self-purchases, misleading promotion, or manipulation of the affiliate system are strictly prohibited.
In cases of suspected fraud, we reserve the right to:
- block commissions and/or bonuses
- terminate the collaboration immediately
10. Use of Content
By participating in the collaboration, you grant Aromatique Atelier permission to use content you create (such as photos and videos) for marketing and promotional purposes, including social media, website content, and advertisements.
All usage will remain in line with our brand identity.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the collaboration prematurely in cases of:
- violation of these terms
- fraud or misuse
- behavior inconsistent with Aromatique Atelier’s brand values
12. Changes & Transparency
Aromatique Atelier reserves the right to modify the affiliate program or these terms and conditions (including the bonus policy).
Any changes will be communicated clearly and transparently and will not apply retroactively.
Short Promotion Guide (Our Recommendation)
We believe in inspiring rather than pushing. This is how to get the most out of the collaboration:
1. Highlight features and benefits
Instead of only posting product photos, we recommend showing:
- how you use the product
- what makes it unique
- the atmosphere or experience it creates
We provide an overview of all products with key benefits and angles you can use for inspiration.
2. Stay authentic
Authentic content performs best: routines, daily use, before/after, lifestyle visuals, or short reviews.
3. Always include your discount code
- Add your discount code to all content (caption, story, video)
- Place your code and/or link in your social media bio so it’s always visible
4. Use links strategically
In your affiliate dashboard, you can:
- create multiple links
- link directly to specific products
Perfect for targeted recommendations.
5. All platforms count
You may promote on all social media platforms. Every sale via your link or code is tracked automatically.
6. Consistency pays off
The more visible your code is, the higher the chance of repeat purchases.
